Hi, hoping somebody can help. I have an oval wicker basket that I would like to line in order to present a gift to my niece for her birthday but I need some help on how to do this please. I would like it to fit snugly around the top with elastic and maybe have a frilled edge overhanging the top. Has anyone lined a basket and could give me some tips on how to go about it please?
