I plan on adding a quarter inch extra to the top & bottom of Backpack Base pattern piece. Is this the only alteration I need to make to the pattern? In the video Debbie mentions adding extra to the main fabric too but I don't know why? If it is required, I don't know what other parts of pattern to alter. Can anyone help?? Many thanks Cheryl
