Can anyone help with a problem I have with the template for the Sew Simple Tote from Debbie's book Tote Bags. I am trying to make the Sew Simple Tote and the template doesn't seem right.? The template measures 10" x 8" and she asks you to draw around the 'whole' template 1, and I know you have this on a fold. But the finished size of the bag is 15.1/2" x 9.1/2".?
