Anyone have problems with Singer HD5523 heavy duty? I have had only a fortnight and gone through 11 needles, all which have been suitable for fabric I am using. The needles either bend or just snap completely in half. I haven't used excessively I have emailed singer as its only just 4 weeks old of which only used two weeks. The self thread doesn't work now either it seems its not in line.
