I have been reading up on the different types of wadding and loft, but its going over my head. Can someone please tell me the wadding and brand to use for quilted bags and makeup bags please. I'd like the quilting to be slightly puffy and not complete flat once quilted....if that makes sense 🤣. Thank you xx
