📧⁉️Regarding automatic emails! Many members who are on gift subscriptions or 1 or 2 year subscriptions obtained via Sewing Street have been in touch querying an automatic renewal email they have received on a monthly basis. If you've received this we apologize for the inconvenience but there is nothing to worry about! These subscription types work on allocating up to 24 free 'monthly' subscriptions so an invoice is raised each month but only for the value of £0. Whilst on your gift subscription you will not be charged until you reach the renewal date stated in 'My Account'. We have been in touch with our tech team to investigate halting these emails but as they are required for regular monthly subscribers we're currently unable to remove them. We understand that this may have caused some confusion and panic but please rest assured no payments will be taken. If you can see a payment leaving your account for the Half Yard Sewing Club that you think isn't correct, please contact the support team at info@halfyardsewingclub.com and we will investigate and issue a refund where applicable.
