Maze Block of the Month #1 Tutorial | Quilt Sew-Along (2021)
Easy |
Quick Links: What you'll need Project steps
Learn how to make Debbie Shore's maze quilt block in five easy steps.
Here's your first Seminole block! It's called 'maze,' and you can see why when you see the final block's intricate pattern. This clever design looks more complicated than it actually is, making it a fun and rewarding challenge for quilters of all skill levels. By following the step-by-step instructions, you’ll quickly master the method behind this block and be ready to incorporate it into your quilt project.
I have used 19¾ x 21½in (50 x 55cm) fat quarters to cut my strips; if your fabric is wider, then please cut your fabric to these measurements first.
Unfinished size of block: 18½ x 6¼in (47 x 16cm)
