English Paper Piecing Christmas Tree Decoration Pattern
Easy |
Quick Links: What you'll need Project steps
This Christmas tree decoration is a great starter project if you’re new to English Paper Piecing.
This quick and easy Christmas project is made entirely with English paper pieced hexagons, and it's designed to be simple enough to be made in one afternoon, even if you're a beginner – perfect when you're short on time over the holiday season. Why not batch-make your hexagons so that you can make multiple decorations to hang onto the tree?
What is English Paper Piecing? English paper piecing, or EPP, is a traditional patchwork technique of folding fabric around lots of paper shapes and then hand-sewing them together, to create a kaleidoscopic patchwork design in the shape of the paper pieces.
