This is an easy, DIY shrug (or bolero) to sew, which is perfect for party season! We used a sequin, sparkly fabric but you can create this in any fabric of your choosing. This is a made-to-measure garment – the instructions found in the Half Yard™ magazine shows how you can create a shrug that will fit sizes 6–14. To make a larger size, all you need to do is cut a larger circle.
