Rosie the Reindeer | Fleece Christmas Toy Sewing Pattern
Moderate |
Quick Links: What you'll need Project steps
Made with cuddly fleece fabric, sew Debbie Shore's Rosie Reindeer toy sewing pattern for Christmas.
Rosie Reindeer is a playful and spirited character, and she’s so cute that I’m sure she won’t be put away after the festive season! This easy toy pattern is made from fleece, which is an ideal fabric to use as it’s so forgiving to sew with, easy to care for and wonderfully soft to touch.
You can easily use Rosie’s sewing pattern to make a whole family or team of reindeer, including, of course, the famous Rudolph. Use different fabrics or accessories to distinguish the family members – Rosie is wearing a festive jersey scarf, and you could easily make scarves in different colours for her brothers or give them brown tails instead of red. If you knit, crochet or weave, you could even use your skills to make unique scarves for each reindeer or a selection of scarves just for Rosie to wear.
Finished size: 11 x 15 x 5in (28 x 38 x 13cm)
Note: Use a ¼in (5mm) seam allowance throughout.
