Top-stitching tips

Want to learn a little more about top-stitching? Here are six key things to remember!

Top-stitching is just how it sounds – stitching around the top (i.e. the right side or front) of your project, both to decorate and to hold seams together. Think bag flaps, collars, cuffs and hems. Adding top-stitching will give a professional, shop-bought look to your work.
