Hi everyone. I?m a new member and am currently planning the 2021 Seminole quilt. Could someone let me know the measurements of an extra wide fat quarter please. Thanks very much.
Sharon replied: 25 Aug 21 at 15:49
Thanks for your replies. I finally started the Seminole Quilt yesterday with Block 1 and found it a bit (to say the least) tricky and feel I may have bitten off more than I can chew. Block 1 looks a bit like it's auditioning to be on Wonky Street! I started Block 2 today and am scratching my head again - I am certainly using some grey cells I didn't know I had. I am hoping that by Block 12 I will be at least be getting my lines a bit straighter! Any tips would be appreciated.

Can I make a backpack with oilcloth
Debbie replied: 26 Jun 21 at 10:54
Thats a nice idea, use a teflon or walking foot when sewing laminates...

I wonder if anyone can suggest a way of fixing Maddie Dolls hair to her head please? My 18 month old granddaughter tends to carry her around by the hair. I've fixed it with glue and stitches along the centre parting, but the 'hair' falls off her head from where its gathered for the bunches. Thank you. xx Ann

Thanks Jenny and Debbie for your suggestions. xx

Hello, I need a little help with print to scale for the Sun Hat. I've changed my setting from fit to page, however it is still out a quarter inch. The pattern doesn't appear to have a scale box. Did anyone else have this problem, advice welcome. Carol
