Hello, I own a Juki HZL F600 and I'm having trouble free motioning as the thread gets wrapped around the bobbin case everytime I move the fabric away from me, try to sew circles, etc. I'm afraid to mess up the machine's timing... Does anyone own the same machine and/or has any advice?
Carina replied: 6 Jan 22 at 01:09
Hi Anne, I've tried e-mailing Juki here in Japan, but they mostly guided me to the YouTube tutorial videos, which haven't been very helpful to start with... I guess it's user error. I wish there was some workshop where I could go and have someone there with me, haha.

Debbie replied: 29 Dec 21 at 10:32
I've just run a test with the code in capital letters and it worked, so this is all a bit odd! I'll get the web team to look into it when they're back next week!

Hi, I?ve recently bought the Sparkle Glitter Cotton fabric which is quite stiff and very glittery! My question is do I need to use a different needle? Also, as I bought not knowing what this fabric feels like, any ideas on a suitable project for it?? Thank you for any help. Maureen
Debbie replied: 28 Dec 21 at 09:45
It is quite a firm fabric, but would make a rather glamorous bag or a book cover and book mark, I've also made shoes for Maddie. A universal needle is fine but may blunt quite quickly!
