Should be fine, turn the handwheel by hand first to make sure the needle fits correctly in the foot, if you haven't bought the foot yet it may be an idea to buy one from somewhere you can return it...

Hi I feel like i'm going mad, a few weeks ago I watched one of Debbies videos where she made a make up bag using 2ins squares ironed onto some fleece and then you sew each row down & across. For the life of me I can't find this video, does anyone know where I can find it, Id love to make some for christmas presents. Many thanks Kathy

That's an old pad that I re covered, a piece e of mdf wrapped in insulated wadding then fabric should do the trick! I'll try and do a quick tutorial when I get time...

Hi can anyone help my sewing machine has started to sew the stitches on the wrong side of the fabric I must admit I have never seen this before I was doing a zigzag and I had little boxes on top of the fabric and the zig zag was on the bottom side I found it really odd I would appreciate any help you have Thanks so much.

Hi Debbie I rethreaded the machine tried different tensions although I have always used 4 I even tried the bobbin tension which I don't usually touch but alas it's still sewing all stitches on the reverse side of fabric to be honest I have never seen this happen before Thank you.

Hi Debbie and members?I have made?the insulated bottle bag from Debbie sew baby and I brought the Bosal heat-reflective fabric but it seems to be a bit fluffy for a baby's bottle can anyone recomend anything else please. ? Many thanks Jan ????
