Hi, I am thinking about making the kimono jacket but the fabric I am wanting to use is only 150cm wide, but the pattern says 160cm wide is there any way I can get round this. Never made any clothes before so not sure if I can use the material.

Good Morning everyone I'm not sure if you have already covered this but please may I ask? Debbie mentioned a Quilt Kit coming for sale o her website, but I can't remember when it is going to be available for sale December or January can anyone help with this (or did I just dream it)
Laura replied: 30 Nov 22 at 15:19
The new block of the month quilt for 2023 will be introduced on this site tomorrow 1st December with the 1st block instructions in January. The kit will be available on her website tomorrow as I think she wanted everyone to check out the quilt to see if it was the design and technique that individual members want to take on for the whole year before purchasing the kit. I am sure she will explain on the live at 4pm today.

I am trying to make the pirate from the Half Yard kids book and the only templates I can find are for the monkey in the book, can any one help me has anyone made this?
Laura replied: 27 Nov 22 at 13:10
The ?What you Need? list says you will need an 8? round template so something you need to prepare yourself rather than being supplied in the book. I would usually draw around a plate or similar to get the size needed. Hope this helps x

They usually answer very quickly. Did you email enquiries@debbieshoresewing.com. There is also a Contact Debbie Shore link on the shop website itself that I have found a very good way to get in touch.
