Step 1 of the instructions tells you the size of the strips you need to cut for the remainder of the visor. Hope this helps.

I am working on this months block for QAYG and wondering if I have done something wrong. When I apply my shapes to the 12.5? background fabric with the raw seams to the edge of the square I do not get the space between the shapes as per the picture on the instructions. Has anyone else had this problem? The 1? scale on my templates was correct ..I initially thought that I had printed them too big.

Hi Laura, thanks for checking. I ended up doing it again as wasn?t happy with the smoothness of my curves. Will make the first one into a cushion I think.

Perhaps Im being a bit thick but where do you find the QR codes to projects. Im in the project but see no QR codes. Am I missing something. Im not a tecchy so any help would be appreciated. Thank you

The QR code for access to the video is added to the instruction download page when a project is due to be removed at the end of that month. There isn?t a QR code for all of the projects on the site as this is only needed when the project has a video that needs to be accessed once taken down.

Hi all, I'm just after some advice. I'm teaching my neighbours 9 year old to sew. She is after her own machine, and she likes the fancy stitches. We tried to get her a second hand one (but that didn't turn out very good!). Can anyone recommend a good but cheap machine that might be suitable? Thanks Michelle

Hi Jean - if you go into "Sewing projects" there is a drop down that will let you choose "Very Easy" - maybe see if there is anything in there that you want to give a go?
