I have just tried to purchase the beautiful cerise fabrics from the Half Yard Facebook page only to be informed that they don't ship to the Isle of Man. ?The postage to here shouldn't be an issue as I get fabrics delivered from other UK companies at no extra charge. ?Has anyone else had this issue?

I have just been to Debbie shore sewing and Isle of Man is now included. It definitely wasn?t last week! Thank you.

Hello!? Going to get started on the Kimono Jacket.? Question is regarding sizing...the EU sizes-does that reflect bust size?? I am unsure if the UK and US sizes are RTW or typical pattern sizing.? In Canada, we have no regulation when it comes to RTW sizing, as I'm sure is the case elsewear, so thought I could go by bust measurement.? Thanks!??

Nevermind, I've answered my own question. Kimono is turning out rather nicely! I shall post photos when I'm done!

An ovwelocker is ideal, otherwise use a stretch stitch...

Do you prefer cotton or polyester thread?
Megan replied: 25 Mar 21 at 13:53

I am sure I have heard Debbie say that although projects will eventually be removed from this site, the Block of the Months?will remain?on. I?m about to start?the 2019 quilt, my first quilt,?and want to check that I don't have to print out all the instructions. Thanks for your help ????

I'm thinking of buying a pair of pinking shears - saves on cotton/zigzagging to finish seams, especially if they're going to be enclosed anyway. There's a great choice - and range of prices. Is it true in this case that you get what you pay for? Any recommendations??
Debbie replied: 8 Mar 21 at 18:56
I find them all pretty much the same, although Fiskars do a springed pair which are really easy to use...

This is in no way a complaint about your live feed on Facebook and You Tube, but I feel people making complaints about Sound or viewing your video is often unwarrented. We understand how stressful going live is and I notice other people are answering questions for you whie your trying to change what your doing. I know Kimberly was busy this morning and couldn't help. Just wondered if there's a way we as members can help you?? Linda xx
