Hello I saw Debbie making this Scottie Dog on utube .I have tried to contact the 1/2 yard club but they have not wrote back. The measurements she gives for the head seem far too small I think she said 3 cm. Has anyone made it that could clarify the head measurement. Or can this be passed onto Debbie Thanks

I should have said inches not centimetres, I did put a comment in the box below the video, sorry for the confusion!

You could try button holes, of make small loops out of ribbon and sew into the seam...

Hi Barbara! We've added the measurements to the divider pocket, ends, and zip flaps. You can download the new PDF from the project page.

Hi, am a new sewer and I?m making the sewing machine cover from August. I?m puzzled by instruction 3 where it says to make a template of the shape of the side of the machine and add 2.5 cm?to the height and width measurement. So far, so good.? In instruction five it says to cut the template out of basal foam and add 2.5 cm all around. Does this mean that I have to cut the foam with 2.5 cm (instruction 3) added and then add another 2.5 cm to that (instruction 5)? Hoping someone can help. Marie

Sorry I didn't get to you sooner! You can reduce the size if you have the patience? I'll triple check my instructions in the future!

I used to have the 1080 machine. You can use universal machine feet on it. They always worked fine for me. :o)
