This months sewing machine bag has a QR code that I cannot access does anyone know if I have to create an account to view?
Laura replied: 5 Feb 25 at 07:54
The QR code was there to give us access to the video when the project was originally being taken down after two years. I expect it has been disabled now as the video is available on the returning project and it won’t be removed from the site as projects now stay available for as long as you are a member.

Hi all! Please note that the BOTM instructions for this month have been updated: specifically concerning step one where the 1/4 seam allowance is meant to be on the left edge. It may take a few hours for the downloadable pdf instructions to update. Best wishes, team HYSC x

Hi Sylvia, that's now been done. Best wishes, team HYSC x

Why can,t i find the templates it just shows up projects i,m from Australia
Laura replied: 3 Feb 25 at 07:46
If you mean templates for the projects on this website you will find them by going into the relevant project page and using the Template tab at the top right of the page. There may not be templates to projects that are measured squares or rectangles etc as you will be given the measurements to cut these either in the cutting instructions or in the step by step instructions. Hope this helps.

Where do I find my own downloads?
barb replied: 2 Feb 25 at 18:36
Which device were you on when you downloaded? If a laptop or pc look in the download folder. If on an iPad or similar look for documents , files or the like. Otherwise try downloading another file on the device and see where it is being downloaded to as it happens. That should be where the rest are. Good luck.

I’ve been trying to order some heatproof fleece on Debbie’s site, for weeks now but each time, after I’ve put all my details in, it just goes round and round, then just logs me out, not sure what I’m doing wrong?

HELP PLEASE. Does anyone have a 12inch square piece of the material “ Waterproof Teflon Coated Panama cotton in William Morris’ OrchardTourmaline” I have just cut out the three pocket bag, with just enough of this material then I realise I need another piece for the flap, which I don’t have. I was very disappointed when I realised. I have asked Debbie if they have anymore and she doesn’t think so. I would be really grateful if someone has a piece so I can finish the bag. I would of course pay you for it. Thank you, Blodwen.
Blodwen replied: 31 Jan 25 at 19:15
Laura, thank you, not sure if it’s the right weight but I have sent off for a sample so that will help. Hope you are back to normal re settled back to this cold weather.

I used some of my hand weaving to make a pouch this morning. Hand weaving can be tricky to sew as it can unravel easily . I put woven interfacing on the weaving and h630 on the lining . Is a little bulky at the seams so will rethink that next time
