Does anyone know where I can find a video for a tooth brush pouch or drawstring bag for going on an aeroplane
Laura replied: 12 Feb 22 at 21:35
Debbie did a You Tube video for a sunglasses case which could fit the bill...or any of her make up bags could be adapted.

Hi I?m new to Half Yard Club and I am enjoying browsing the web site but wondered if anywhere there was a list of all the projects and live videos available. I?d come across a live stream visit for a simple wallet but then when I tried to revisit couldn?t remember where it was so tried putting a search for ?simple wallet? in the search box and 23 results came up none of which were the one I was looking for. Guidance please, where am I going wrong? Thanks

Hi, I wondered if anyone can offer any advice. I'm attempting to putting a base in a bag from Debbie's occasion bag book. It's a straight oblong base set into shaped sides & cannot get it to fit & avoid tucks. I'm not an experienced sewer it maybe obvious but v challenging for me! Thank you.

Thank you Laura for your suggestions. I did just that, plus one of Debbies You tube tutorials helped. I agree visual learning is ideal. Love the Debbie lives! I was going to attach a pic of my finished creation but not sure how.

Cut your third piece to measure 19in (48.25in) wide x 13in (33cm) deep across the width of the fabric for ?Ho Ho Ho, It?s Santa!? (October?s block). Hello All, I am a bit confused about the above. Does this mean I should first cut this piece 13 in deep across the full width of the fabric and then a piece 19in wide from it or am I just cutting one piece 19 wide x 13 deep from the BG fabric apologies for being a bit thick I was just wondering as the other pieces 1 and two say to cut across width then sub cut individual piece Thank you in advance, Kay x

Thank You Laura, I will do that Kay x

I would like to make a rucksack for a friends birthday who like to go out walking a lot with her camera. Can anyone suggest a good pattern preferably with a video that they can suggest please. It is rather a last minute idea as her birthday is on 18th of this month but hoping I will get time to do this for her.
