Hi I've just checked the Turkey trot template for the new measurements on the feathers but the legs are still down as 2.5in (5.72 cm) should these have been changed to 2.25in as well?
HYSC replied: 4 Feb 22 at 11:58
Hi, the legs are meant to be 2.5", but you can make them longer or shorter if you prefer!

Looks similar to mine but yours has been trimmed more than mine. I can see some part of seven hexis on mine and only six hexi colours on yours.

Hi there , I'm making the half hexagon cushion. I'm using a 2 1/4 inch sided hexagon template but my finished block is small 4 inches, not like Debbie's 5 1/2 inch block. Any help would be appreciated.
Laura replied: 2 Feb 22 at 23:33
Did you use a 1/4? seam allowance when making the hexis and the block? Can you post a picture as it may be easier to see why yours may be smaller.

I?m new to the half yard sewing club. I use my iPad on safari to view the webpage but each time I open it it?s logged me out, then I have to search again to find the project I was last looking at it. Is there a solution that I don?t know about please?

I have printed the template for BOTM Turkey Trot and just checked that the print off was to scale. All measurements appears okay apart from the top line of the feather template. It reads that it should be 2.5 inches but my print off is only 2.25 inches. Has anyone had the same problem please?
HYSC replied: 2 Feb 22 at 09:38
Hi all - our editor has corrected the pdf - it was a typo as you mentioned! Please download the updated version for your records! HYSC

For the feathers do you add onto the top extra fabric to make the points or do you make the points with the existing pattern? Sorry for being so silly! Janis
HYSC replied: 2 Feb 22 at 10:14
Hi @Jilly Wolf, Our editor has amended the instructions to take into account your query - please take a look at the updated version!

I've just received this month's HYSC email and near the bottom where it invites you to save projects before they're deleted, is the Wristlet Purse. I've saved the instructions but the QR code at the top of them doesn't appear to be working - I get the message 'Sorry, we couldn't find that page'. I don't normally check to see if they work, but I did this month. I've checked some of the other saved projects with QR codes and they do work and successfully take me to the video so it's not the scanning app I'm using. Anyone else having the same problem? Thank you. Love this month's Armchair Caddy Project and looking forward to having a go at that one :)

Debs replied: 1 Feb 22 at 06:23
Thank you I have got that it?s the fabric needed to make the bag, what I wanted is the cutting measurements which are shown at the beginning of the video but Laura advised doing a screen shot of that bit, which I have done so thank you both I never thought of screen shot Debs
